Thank you for registering for our upcoming live webinar. We want to ensure you have a great experience, but we understand that plans change. Below is our policy regarding ticket cancellations, refunds, and access.
30-Day Guarantee Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and prior to the live broadcast to qualify for a full refund.
Pre-Event Access Once the live webinar has commenced, or if the digital replay access link has been sent, tickets become non-refundable.
Regular vs. Sale Price Only regular-priced webinar registrations are eligible for a refund. Sale, promotional, or bundled tickets are final sale.
Digital Goods and Exceptions Because this is a virtual event, traditional physical return policies do not apply. There is no physical address or shipping required. Please do not attempt to mail any materials back to us. Downloadable bonus workbooks, software access codes, or digital guides provided upon registration are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Missed the Live Event? If you cannot attend the live broadcast due to a scheduling conflict, you do not need to request a refund. All ticket holders automatically receive lifetime access to the high-definition replay and downloadable resources within 24 hours of the event ending.
The Process
- Request Submission: Send your proof of purchase or registration email to {email address} before the event.
- Review: We will verify your registration status and confirm that the live event or replay access has not yet been utilized.
- Approval Notification: You will receive an email notifying you of your refund approval status.
- Payout: Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment gateway within 5 to 10 business days.

Check Your Bank Account First, double-check your bank account or pending statements. Processing times vary wildly between institutions.
Contact Your Credit Card Company It often takes a few business days for your credit card provider to officially post the credit to your balance sheet.
Contact Your Bank There is frequently a standard handling period required by major banks before a wire or refund clears.
